Teacher training is a life changing experience. It allows you to delve deeply into your practice and grow the confidence you need to share your passion with others. The High Energy Fusion Yoga (HEFY) method is based upon intelligent and adaptable sequencing, clear instruction, and honor for yoga lineage and philosophy. HEFY is a registered school with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. After completion of this program, graduates may register with the Yoga Alliance and join thousands of other yoga teachers who have dedicated themselves to be highly trained in the art of teaching yoga.
